As far as food and exercising goes it’s been good, has a bowl of cereal with banana, some wheaten bread, and for dinner i had scrambled eggs, toast and some beans! Then i had low fat yogurt, an orange, some grapes and an apple. As far as exercising goes, i ran 6.14 miles again. Was hard going but i got it done in an hour 10 minutes.

As far as everything else, it’s been a pretty crap day. If i could advise anyone on anything right now, it would be to be grateful for everything you have, every single little moment you share with someone. Never stay mad at anyone because at the end of the day you never know when things might change.

asker How did you start your weight loss regimen? Did you take it slow at first with exercising or did you just jump right in?

I changed my diet up, cut out all the crap and stuck to it! :) With exercising, i did just jump right in, but at a level that suited me then i built it up. Like i never used to be able to run 2 miles or even one without stopping, but now i can run three! :)

I’m gonna get a new tattoo! Hopefully around the first two weeks of june! Gonna get something on my ribs maybe :) Spending the next couple of weeks on my stomach, dont wanna be embarassed getting it! It’ll be a wee weight loss reward <3

I made a friend! haha okay for any of you who are reading this you’ll be like what are you talking about!? I’m going to uni in liverpool in September!  I dont know a soul, well i didnt until tonight, i found a girl doing the same course and she added me! We talked for so long, we’re in the same class and block of flats. She’s so lovely! Im pretty excited now.

So over the month that i wasn’t working on my weight and i went off the rails i put on weight, i went back up to 11st 10lbs which is 161lbs but last week with my training and eat healthy again i lost 4lbs! I weight myself this morning! SO HAPPY. Now to work on it for the next couple of months! So excited to reach my goal.

As for today, didn’t get to work out, my shift had changed in work and nobody told me so i was working all day! Gonna make up for it tomorrow though with another 6 mile run :) Food wise, i’ve had a bowl of branflakes, banana, some muscles, a low fat yogurt and some scrambled eggs and toast! :)
